Customer Service Expert – (22-28 hours)

As a Customer Service Expert, you are the first point of contact for our customers and help them with personal advice about our ergonomic products. You answer questions, solve problems and ensure that every customer receives the service that matches our high-quality sleep solutions.
Online Marketing Specialist – (8-16 hours)
Sleep innovation deserves a strong story. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you put Orthopedica on the map with catchy campaigns, smart SEO strategies and conversion-oriented content. You ensure that our ergonomic pillows and sleep solutions reach the right people and help our brand grow further in the Netherlands and beyond.
Logistics Coordinator – (22-28 hours/full-time)
From order to delivery, you play a crucial role in the Orthopedica experience. As a Logistics Coordinator, you ensure that our ergonomic products are carefully packaged and arrive on time to our customers. You have an eye for detail and love efficiency, so that every order goes perfectly.
